Landscape proposals for a new school and residential development on an existing school site in a sensitive historic urban environment adjacent to Holland Park, including input to an EIA during a lengthy planning process and preparation of a detailed design for tender and implementation.
Proposals included the sensitive treatment of boundaries and working with the constraints of mature trees and an historic entrance lodge building. A Phase 1 habitat survey was undertaken and input provided to the BREEAM assessment, together with extensive arboricultural advice to the design process and during the construction phase.
