Preparation of landscape and urban design proposals for the redevelopment of Batavia Road, Lewisham to include a mixture of new high-density residential units and business uses. The road was identified as a priority route for public realm improvements as it lies on the strategic route between Deptford High Street and New Cross. The scheme delivered private gardens facing onto the street, a shared road surface with tree planting, an outdoor public café space, roof gardens, and direct links to a public park.
